Within a year of opening for business, Commercial Site Design began working on a site for Damon’s Grill (currently Backyard Bistro) near Carter-Finley Stadium in Raleigh, N.C.
Since this initial causal-diner project, Commercial Site Design has partnered with architects, corporate headquarters and franchisees to develop restaurants in more than 25 states.
Notable Brands and Accomplishments:
- Engineer on multiple IHOP sites in North Carolina, South Carolina, Maryland, Virginia, and Georgia
- Developed prototype site plans for Red Robin
- Developed Hooters throughout the United States; with sites in the Southeast, Southwest, Midwest, and Northeast
