Commercial Site Design, a Raleigh, N.C.-based civil engineering and land surveying firm specializing in multi-unit, rollout commercial developments, has seen a steady demand for its surveying services; as part of its clients’ commercial development deliverables and as an a la carte service. To meet the demand, Commercial Site Design recently added an experienced surveyor, Jeffrey Burnett. Jeffrey brings more than 20 years of surveying experience, including working for engineering firms, surveying firms, and City of Raleigh.
“As we continue to grow, we’ll put an emphasis on our surveying department,” says Brian Soltz, one of the founding partners at Commercial Site Design. “Our clients need surveys that help them take the next step in the development process and we understand what’s needed.”
Along with its civil engineering clients, Commercial Site Design has placed a priority on North Carolina lawyers that practice real property law.
“We’ve worked with lawyers in the past and have been successful,” says Brian Burchett, head of Commercial Site Design’s land surveying and engineering department. “We want to continue to build our brand among lawyers in North Carolina and promote our ALTA, boundary and ADA surveying services.”
Commercial Site Design provides ALTA, boundary, topographic, ADA compliance, as-built, civil plans, storm system mapping, flood certification, construction staking, and BMP certification surveys.
Commercial Site Design is registered for land surveying in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, Georgia, Tennessee, and Alabama.
