Cook Out Restaurant, home of the “very best” combo deal, the Cook Out tray, continues its growth throughout the Southeast. On May 17, Cook Out opened its newest quick service restaurant in Mechanicsville, Virginia.
The Southern-based fast food restaurant has been a fan favorite since opening its first restaurant in Greensboro, North Carolina in 1989. The opening of Mechanicsville’s Cook Out marks the company’s 29th restaurant in Virginia.
Commercial Site Design was tasked with transforming a 50,606-square-foot lot on Mechanicsville Turnpike into a site that met city, state and company requirements.
Commercial Site Design provided civil plans, ALTA survey, stormwater compliance calculations and site permitting.
Commercial Site Design is Cook Out’s preferred civil engineer for projects. The Raleigh, N.C.-based firm has been selected as firm of record on more than 200 Cook Out sites located throughout the Southeast.
