Cook Out, a regional fast food restaurant known for its “very best” combo deal, the Cook Out tray, has added another location in Georgia. The newest restaurant is located in the city of Augusta and marks the company’s 26th location in Georgia.
Augusta’s fourth Cook Out is situated on a 2.6-acre lot located at 3012 Peach Orchard Road.
To help with redeveloping the site, Cook Out relied on trusted civil engineer Commercial Site Design, a Raleigh-based firm that specializes in multi-unit, rollout commercial projects.
Commercial Site Design was tasked with transforming the lot that housed a Golden Corral into a suitable site for a Cook Out restaurant that abided by local and state requirements.
To accomplish the redevelopment, Commercial Site Design guided the project through entitlement research, preliminary design, engineering and final close-out.
Commercial Site Design has been a preferred civil engineer for corporate Cook Out since 2004, with the two companies partnering on more than 200 site located throughout the Southeast.
Commercial Site Design’s permitting experience in Georgia amounts to 85 cities, including major locations like Atlanta, Athens, Augusta and Savannah.
