Commercial Site Design, a Raleigh-based civil engineering and land surveying firm specializing in multi-unit, rollout commercial developments, has announced it will exhibit at ICSC Carolinas on March 11-12 in Charlotte, N.C. Commercial Site Design will showcase its experience and project diversity while looking to build connections with attendees who need civil engineering or land surveying services.
Commercial Site Design will focus its networking efforts on attendees that manage, develop or provide services to mid-size commercial developments, with an emphasis on hotels, retail stores, and restaurants.
During Commercial Site Design’s 17 years in business, the firm has worked on more than 3,000 projects and built a reputation in the commercial development industry as one of the most capable civil engineering firms in the Southeast.
“ICSC Carolinas provides an opportunity for us to build relationships and grow our brand,” says Brian Soltz, one of the founding partners at Commercial Site Design. “Because we’re a smaller firm, some development professionals are unaware of our resources and clout. ICSC serves as a platform and allows us to promote our experience and value to a large, diverse audience.”
Commercial Site Design’s experience extends to quick-serve and fast-casual restaurants, retail stores, retail strips, hotels and other similar commercial developments; with national and regional brands such as McDonald’s, Cook Out, Wendy’s, Chipotle, and Hooters choosing the firm for projects located across the United States.
Commercial Site Design will be at booth 329 and encourages interested attendee to visit and talk to one of its project managers.
Commercial Site Design is registered to perform civil engineering in 44 states and offers land surveying in Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, and Alabama.
