Commercial Site Design, a Raleigh-based civil engineering and land surveying firm specializing in multi-unit, rollout commercial developments, announced today Jeff Moser is joining the firm as staff engineer. Jeff will assist the engineering department by reviewing site plans and applying calculations to help facilitate the development of projects.
“Commercial Site Design provides a great opportunity for me,” says Jeff. “It allows me to grow professionally and become a more diverse engineer.”
Jeff, a graduate of N.C. State, brings more than six years of engineering experience, including working as staff engineer at ATC Group Services, one of the top environmental engineering firms in the United States.
During his tenure at Mosher Engineering and ATC Group Services, Jeff played a vital role in the development of projects such as Parkside Town Commons in Cary, N.C.; a major shopping center located on Highway 55 in Holly Springs, N.C.; and multiple Phillip 66 sites.
“We’re a growing firm,” says Brian Burchett, founding partner at Commercial Site Design and head of its engineering department. “To meet these demands and keep our services at a high level, we needed to add a qualified engineer. Jeff met all our requirements. He brings experience and understands our industry.”
Jeff will work closely with Commercial Site Design’s project managers as they develop site plans for commercial developments.
