Land Surveying License Alabama

Commercial Site Design Adds Alabama Land Surveying License

Commercial Site Design, a Raleigh-based civil engineering firm specializing in multi-unit, rollout commercial projects, announces the addition of Alabama land surveying license to its qualifications. With the inclusion of Alabama, Commercial Site Design is registered in seven states; Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Maryland, Virginia and Georgia.

“It is important for us to grow as a firm,” said Brian Burchett, founding partner. “Our clients are building in Alabama and want to utilize Commercial Site Design from start to finish.  Having an in-house land surveying department allows for coordination between project managers and survey crews, giving our design teams timely, accurate and detailed data to help further the design and development of our clients’ projects.”

Since establishing a land surveying department in 2006, the firm has provided more than 2,000 surveys to accompany clients’ site development needs, ranging from fast food to mixed-use developments.

Commercial Site Design offers boundary, topographic, ALTA, as-built and stakeout services.
