Biscuitville Southern Fresh, a locally owned and operated quick-serve restaurant specializing in Southern inspired food, debuted its next generation store in Asheboro, N.C. on October 3, 2017.

The redeveloped Biscuitville, the first restaurant to be rebuilt in 10 years, featured the company’s new design concept; reclaimed Southern barn.

Commercial Site Design, a Raleigh-based civil engineering firm specializing in multi-unit, rollout commercial developments, was tasked with redeveloping the old Biscuitville location into a site that met corporate standards while abiding by state and local requirements.

To accomplish the redevelopment, Commercial Site Design guided the project through entitlement research, preliminary design, engineering and final close-out.

The Asheboro location is Commercial Site Design’s second Biscuitville project to open in 2017, with the other location being Walkertown, N.C.

Commercial Site Design has been providing development services to Biscuitville since 2004.
