Corporate Milestone: 100th Virginia Project

Known for history, beautiful beaches and thriving towns and cities, Virginia would become a focal point for Commercial Site Design’s clients.  In 2012, eight years after the firm’s first project in Virginia – a gas station located in Chesapeake – Commercial Site Design commenced on its 100th Virginia site; developing a bank in Norfolk for a national brand.

“Milestones such as these aren’t recognized until well after the fact, but it represents our strong presence in Virginia and continued trust from one of our first major clients,” says Brian Soltz, one of the founding partners at Commercial Site Design.

Commercial Site Design began its partnership with this national bank in 2003, helping that client expand its geographic footprint throughout the Southeast; working on more than 115 sites over 14 years.

Virginia would become one of Commercial Site Design’s most worked-in states, with the firm partnering with regional and national brands; developing doughnut shops, coffee shops, burger restaurants, c-stores, banks, restaurants, and more.

Commercial Site Design has worked in popular jurisdictions that include Suffolk, Richmond, Yorktown, Manassas, Roanoke, Newport News, Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Fredericksburg, and Woodbridge.
